What we do

Three ways we work on a roof.

New roof installation on a Los Angeles home by a C-39 licensed roofing contractor

01 · Roofing

Roof Installation

New construction, additions and ADUs. We set the underlayment, flashing and ventilation correctly the first time, so the roof performs for decades instead of leaking in its third winter.

  • New builds, additions & ADUs
  • Underlayment, flashing & ventilation detailing
  • Tile, composite shingle, flat & TPO
  • Permits and inspection handled in-house

02 · Roofing

Roof Replacement

Full tear-off and re-roof when patching stops making sense. We strip to the deck, repair rot and sheathing, then rebuild the whole assembly — and clean the site down to the last nail before we leave.

  • Complete tear-off to the deck
  • Dry-rot & sheathing repair included
  • Manufacturer-backed material warranties
  • Magnet sweep and full site cleanup

03 · Roofing

Roof Repairs & Leak Detection

Leaks, slipped tiles, failed flashing, storm damage. We trace the water back to its actual entry point rather than sealing the stain, then repair the assembly so the fix holds through the next El Niño.

  • Leak tracing & moisture inspection
  • Flashing, valley & penetration repair
  • Slipped or cracked tile replacement
  • Storm & wind damage response

Materials

Systems we install.

The right roof depends on your framing, your slope, your neighborhood's fire exposure and how long you plan to stay. We'll tell you which of these actually fits.

Clay & concrete tile
Classic Southern California profile. 50+ year lifespan, heavy — needs verified framing capacity.
Architectural composite shingle
The value workhorse. 30–50 year rated, wide color range, fastest install.
Flat & low-slope TPO
Single-ply membrane for flat roofs, decks and additions. Heat-welded seams, high reflectivity.
Standing seam metal
Modern look, Class A fire rating, excellent in wildfire-adjacent hillside neighborhoods.

How it goes

From inspection to final nail.

  1. 1

    Free roof inspection

We walk the roof and attic, photograph everything, and show you what we found — no scare tactics.

  2. 2

    Written scope & quote

Line-item pricing with materials, tear-off, repairs and cleanup spelled out. No verbal estimates.

  3. 3

    Schedule & permit

We pull the permit and book a start date. Most residential roofs are a 3–5 day job.

  4. 4

    Build & final inspection

Our own crew — not subs — installs, passes inspection and hands over the warranty paperwork.

Frequently asked

Roofing questions we get every week.

How much does a new roof cost in Los Angeles?+

Most residential composite shingle re-roofs in LA fall between $12,000 and $25,000 depending on square footage, pitch and layers to remove. Tile roofs typically run $25,000 to $60,000. We give line-item written pricing after the inspection.

Do you offer free roof inspections and estimates?+

Yes. Roof inspections and written estimates are free across Los Angeles and Ventura counties. We photograph the roof and attic and walk you through the findings before quoting anything.

How long does a roof replacement take?+

A typical single-family tear-off and re-roof takes 3 to 5 working days. Tile roofs and complex rooflines can run 1 to 2 weeks. We give you the schedule in writing before we start.

Can you repair just one section instead of replacing the whole roof?+

Often, yes. If the deck is sound and the failure is localized — flashing, a valley, slipped tiles — a repair is the right call. We will tell you honestly when a repair is throwing money at a roof that needs replacing.

Are you licensed and insured for roofing?+

Yes. We hold a C-39 Roofing license under CA CSLB License #1060302, and we carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates are available on request.
