What we build

Ten trades.
One contractor.

Every trade is in-house, every crew is on our payroll, and one team stays accountable from start to finish — from the first pour of concrete to the last coat of paint.

01
Floor-to-ceiling black-framed picture windows in a double-height living room, opening onto a lawn

Custom Windows

Energy-efficient, beautifully crafted windows from Pella, Andersen, and California Deluxe Windows — better curb appeal, more natural light, and real insulation.

02
Broom-finished concrete driveway with clean saw-cut control joints running up to a modern home

Concrete & Masonry

Foundations, footings, bond beams, driveways and decorative finishes — plus custom block walls, pillars and pillar-mounted mailboxes that make a front yard unforgettable.

03
Curved interlocking paver driveway with a contrasting soldier-course border beside a lawn

Pavers & Walkways

Making outdoor spaces and driveways look incredible due to their versatility, pavers are a beautiful option to bump up your curb appeal — with optional custom accent lighting.

04
Interior wood stud framing and header beams of a residential addition, lit by afternoon sun

Framing

You don't have to hire us for the whole job. Bring us in for exactly the part you need — including framing-only work — and we'll deliver rough carpentry that a finisher will thank you for.

05
Roofing crew fastening architectural composite shingles across a residential roof slope

Roofing

We are a C-39 roofing company — tile, composite, flat and TPO. The layer that protects everything else, installed by the same crew that builds the rest of your home.

06
Warm-toned wide-plank hardwood floor in a bright furnished living room with tall windows

Hardwood & Flooring

Hardwood, porcelain tile, click-lock and more — timeless flooring that raises resale value and stands up to real life.

07
White shaker kitchen with a waterfall quartz island, counter stools and stainless refrigerator

Kitchen

Layouts and finishes built around how you actually cook, gather and live.

08
Minimal bathroom with a freestanding oval soaking tub, floor-mounted filler and a floating vanity

Bathroom

Wet-rooms, walk-ins and primary suites with quiet, lasting detail.

09
Two-story white stucco detached ADU with black windows and drought-tolerant front landscaping

ADU & Garage

Permit-ready ADUs and garage conversions — full CAD drawings, 3D modeling, permits and build. Added square footage, real value.

10
Close-up of a cream Santa Barbara smooth stucco wall in raking afternoon light

Stucco

Traditional and modern Santa Barbara smooth stucco — the exterior finish everyone's asking for right now, color-coated to disappear into the architecture.

11
Rectangular pool at dusk reflecting palm trees, with a covered cabana at the far end

Pools

New builds and remodels with plaster, tile, decking and equipment that lasts.

— Our motto, since day one

"Quality. Value. Trust."

Most of our jobs come from referrals. That's the only review system we've ever cared about — and the reason every project gets the same answer to the same question: "would I do this in my own home?"
